The story behind this is a fairly long one but it's entertaining because it's just strange.
The original idea came from when I was first playing Metro 2033. The cutscenes, for those who haven't been blessed enough to play it, have the main character address everything in a diary-esque style, in which everything is written in the first person. So that piqued my interest.
THEN, it was piqued again when I was playing Fable 3 and when I came across the diary pages of Captain Ben Finn (played by the amazing Simon Pegg), so that clinched it for me.
So here's the end result. Read it, enjoy it, critique it and comment on it please.

Hmm, it's not bad. I really like the idea and the main character has an ok personality. It still need a bit more polishing in my humble opinion, but it's not bad. I'd recommend asking some fellow writers for much better assistance than I can provide :3
